Excellent customer service!
I've used Smith's Rent-A-Car twice, and I think they have great customer service! It's pretty fast for renting a car, which I appreciate since I have two kids. It's nice to get in and out quickly. Any time there was a miscommunication, they were very good about handling the situation in a way to benefit the customer.
For instance, I ran into a situation where I didn't understand that they close early on Saturdays. I returned the car on Saturday, and they were closed. I gave them a call and left a message. They were very helpful. They explained how to handle the situation with the drop box, which was very nice of them. There was also something left in the car, which I didn't realize.
