We have made 5 relocations across the US in the past 10 years and 3 of those with United! We chose United this move because we have always had such great moving coordinators that made our moving process run so smoothly.

In regards to this past move. Our packing crew and driver, Perry were very professional, courteous and prompt with communications. Third party crating company scheduled through United was also professional and did a wonderful job! No items were damaged and great care was taken in our homes during the packing, loading and unpacking process.

Unfortunately we were paired with a very unprofessional and rude moving Coordinator, Tammy Bess. In all of my moves I have never worked with a moving coordinator that was so disorganized, unprofessional and flat out rude! There was always an excuse and someone else for her to blame when something didn’t go as it should. Every single time something wasn’t properly scheduled or an email was not checked by her in a timely manner it was someone else’s fault. This was observed and documented through email by myself, husband, our relocation company, movers and third party.
I don’t wish this extra stress and grief on anyone else during a move.

Please take note that a professional moving coordinator makes a world of difference! United as a company is great and I would recommend them! This moving coordinator however was NOT!
