My first experience with Imperial Pools Inc. went great. They did a great job. We had had a power surge that caused the hot tub an issue with the hot tub. We called them to come out and find out why. They took the proper steps to find the cause of this issue. As it turns out the power surge had blown a fuse. They replaced the fuse but they also went the extra steps of testing the water in the hot tub due to the smell. They gave us some great advice on how to treat the water and keep it clean. I appreciate them responding quickly and solving the problem! They will be coming back out again to check the hot tub for a different issue.
