Imperial Pools Inc. is off to a bit of a rocky start with me. I called them to do an inspection of our pool. The scheduled time for their arrival was 8 a.m. and they did not show up until 4 p.m. without any call as to being late. I had them come out to inspect what was wrong with the pool. They did say it would need a pump. They were to send an estimate for pricing on a new pump and a refurbished pump. I was to have received it by today but I have not yet received it. Whenever I try to call them it is difficult to get through to them and if I leave a message it has taken up to a few days before they call back. Overall I would say they are not a punctual organization. Once I receive the quote I will see if I want to do business with them but with the poor performance thus far I am not sure if I will use them or recommend Imperial Pools Inc.
