We needed to have the liner in our above ground pool replaced. Noel and his team came within 2 days of my phone call to access the liner. Within a week the new liner had arrived and was ready to install. Due to circumstances beyond my control we had to delay the installation and Noel and his team were understanding and came back to install it within a few days of my phone call to tell them I was ready to have the work done. Very efficient, liner looks great. Noel is very quick to respond to my emails with questions about my pool; and answers my quesions so I understand what needs to be done. I would definetly recommend Imperial Pools.
