We have well water and Haferman Water Conditioning, Inc./Kinetico replaced our old water softener system. The old unit did not perform well and required huge amounts of salt. This company stepped in and gave us the water softener we needed. They made it very easy to switch units, removing the old unit and installing their own. The unit also uses way, way less salt which is really fabulous. We have been extremely happy with the performance of the new unit since it was installed three months or so ago. This softener does a wonderful job softening the iron-rich hard water from our well. The two systems are like day and night and the change has made a huge difference and in our water quality.
