Haferman Water Conditioning, Inc./ Kinetico installed a water softener 15 years ago. They've been here once since then because I change the filters. But they've been great. When we need something, we just go to the city and pick it up. We're completely satisfied. We would recommend Haferman Water Conditioning, Inc./ Kinetico to anybody needing good water. And if I ever have questions, they always have an answer. It's been a great experience! As far as I'm concerned it's the best place to go. About 55 or 60 years ago we had Culligan. And they came every three months to replace the tanks. But if you used more than what you thought you needed, you would end up using hard water for the rest of the month. But not with Haferman Water Conditioning, Inc./ Kinetico. You always have soft water. They don't use any electricity to condition the soft water either. And they don't use near as much salt as other companies. They're very, very good; professional. And if you have any problems, they'll run you through the answer.
