I had electrical work done by Appleton Campbell. I first spoke with Kelly in the office to explain my needs. She was very friendly and efficient and immediately put me in the pipeline, with a proposed time the next day. Later that evening I received a call (from Jim?) checking on whether it would still be convenient for have the service done at the time I agreed to. It was, and Glenn was right there at the appointed time. He explained the estimate to me and gave me pricing and then proceeded to do the work in a timely. Very polite and friendly, neat and tidy.
