My AC went out recently and I called Appleton Campbell, the original installers, to check & fix it. They were able to get someone over later that day. Jerry, the tech they sent, was so thorough, knowledgeable and professional and I was so pleased with the whole experience. No one really likes paying for having things repaired, but this was one of those few times where i didn't mind at all! Hope I never have another problem, but if I do I know who I'll be calling.
