SERVPRO of Northeast San Antonio came in after our fire. They took care of everything for us, and they are still giving us guidance! We cannot tell you how much we absolutely love them. The service they have provided us with has been unbelievable!

They showed up right after the fire, and they started carrying the furniture out the door. It was like watching an ant colony the way they worked together and worked so quickly. They did not stop. It was totally incredible. We can't say enough about things about them! We told the crew, because it was true, that without them, we wouldn't have had a Christmas this year. They gave us our Christmas.

Nancy Kreft is the case worker for us, and she is the most incredible person! All of our questions are answered immediately by returned calls. It's like they wrap you in swaddling clothes, protecting and taking care of you. Every time we leave their warehouse, we talk about how the people are so genuinely happy to help you.
