We have used Kelly Cleaning Service for several years now, and they have always provided the BEST service - professional, friendly, prompt, knowledgeable. Recently (April 2025), I accidentally spilled RED fingernail polish on our 2-year-old light gray carpet!!! I was panicked, devastated, and sure it would never come out! It was after business hours, but I left a frantic message on Kelly's voicemail asking for advice on how to get it out, if even possible. Kelly returned my call promptly, and not only gave me advice, but actually came over right away to treat it! He worked on it for about an hour and removed every bit of the fingernail polish, so the carpet looks likes new again!!! Similarly, last fall, an elderly gentleman visiting our home fell and hit his head on an end table resulting in a head wound that bled all over this same new carpet. Kelly came to the rescue that time as well and was able to get the 12" circular thick pool of blood out! I am continually AMAZED at how knowledgeable Kelly is. He is a magician in removing bad stains! The icing on the cake is that Kelly is also a really kind person. I HIGHLY recommend him!!!
