I had to areas that were sloped and they came in and put the foam in and stabilized both of them. The people doing it were very knowledgeable, explained what they were doing and I watched the whole process. It was good. They were quick, prompt did the work and cleaned up very good and were professional. The reason I gave them a three was on the billing side they have problems. I want to praise the workers that came out and did the job, but on the other side I paid a down payment and they said I was going to receive an invoice in my email. Two weeks later I had still not received the invoice so I called them and did not receive the invoice for another month. I paid them and then I received another bill for the entire amount again and had to send an email explaining everything again and they eventually cashed my checks and it got cleared up. After the wok was done the whole process took about two months with back and forth that did not need to be done.
