My wife and I recently had The Handyman Company (THC) in Tampa renovate a walk in shower and a bath tub and surround in our son’s 37 year old condo. We insisted that all work be permitted with the City of Tamps Building Services. Many other companies declined the project because the City of Tampa classifies a condo as “commercial property”. THC promptly secured the required building permit, and purchased all of the materials we specified be used, including new tile we selected. THC completely demoed the shower and tub and surround down to the studs. Tampa Building Services performed 19 inspections on the work for the shower and tub, and THC quickly complied with all particulars Building Services specified for the work to fully comply with existing building/plumbing codes. The quality of THC workmanship is excellent in all respects. The completed shower and bath tub are beautiful and completely meet all of our expectations. THC turned two eye sores into two show pieces. If you have work you want done in Tampa, I recommend you let The Handyman Company give you a quote for the work; they did a wonderful job for us and we’re very pleased with the results.
