Contacted you guys for a broke towel rack in our shower. First, the lady on the phone makes an appointment for a Wed. between 1-1:30 pm...no one ever shows up. I call back and they tell me they have no record of me. I make another appt. They show up and tell me how much it will be. I agree and they go get parts. The guy comes back and breaks the new part and puts the old one back on so now it doesn't match. I agree to just get him out of my home. I proceed to write a check out and while I'm writing, he bends over me and tells me twice that a tip would be appreciated!!!! I've never heard of such a thing and especially since he broke the new piece and acted like it would be a big deal if he had to all the way back to the store to get another one...just pitiful.
