We are very pleased with the new furnace and heat pump that Taylor Heating & A/C installed. Customer service was excellent from the first visit to the installation! James really listened to what our needs were and provided quotes for a new heat pump only and then per my request for furnace & heat pump. The office provided great communication on when the crew would be out to install and each step for the installation was relayed. The installation crew were friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and did an awesome job with placement of items where we wanted them. I would recommend Taylor Heating & A/C for going beyond expectations on product, installation and price!
