My initial appointment I had to reschedule do to unforeseen circumstances. My first scheduled appointment I got a Courtesie call, but when I rescheduled I didn't receive a Courtesie call so I had to call to be sure that they remembered my appointment. When I called the receptionist she kind of hesitated like they forgot about my appointment. But when Jerry showed up an hour later he made up for it with the great service and advice. Jerry was very personnal and professional. I would highly recommend Taylor Heating and A/C.
