They have a new policy on what all is required to get my cat groomed. It's overkill. I did not say that to CAREY, but when I mentioned it would cost me more money, she said I was accusing them of price gouging and then like a runaway train continued to go off on me and ended her diatribe with telling me I was yelling at her and that she was agoing to hang up on me and she did! I never confronted her or raised my voice. Bizarre behavior.. would NEVER step foot in there again and now the nice groomer has lost at the very least my continued business. This was April 9th, 2025.
