Honest and live up to their word.
A lot had to be done in the truck and MPT Autobody gave me a very straight forward, up-front quote, I think. There were some things that came up afterwards and I brought the truck back in and they took care of it right away. I thought they were very honest and they lived up to their word and to my expectations.
