I am very pleased with my progress/results.
As a result of some medical issues I became fearful, anxious and developed severe insomnia. I was unable to relax. I was very unhappy. I knew that I needed to do something. Initially, I was very anxious when going to my sessions. I was always worried about my medical issues. Now I am more relaxed and not as focused on my health issues. I am back to my daily activities.
