Dan and his staff are extremely welcoming and take a very personal interest in the issues and goals of each client. I'm under Dan's care for weight loss, and I've already noticed a great deal of progress. His approach is very simple and common sense - avoiding unnecessary sugars, eating vegetables and proteins, and eating small amounts of healthy foods only when hungry.
