I had two problems within 5 months and Paul came both times. Once the upstairs tenant had a toilet overflow which caused a waterfall in my kitchen below. Paul was very careful and did the minimum, to save me money and based on years of knowledge. Perfect. The next time, I had another waterfall and this time mice (inside in summer due to the rain) had chewed through the upstairs dishwasher hose. Paul found the problem right away and recommended a company that did a speedy repair. I love St Paul Pipeworks.
