My wife and I scheduled an appointment today. The service technician did not show for the appointment. After several calls, we received a call from someone who shared he was an after-hour technician. This person stated he did not have anyone to come to our home. He reported the technician assigned our call was on another call and this person could come later in the evening. He did not seem to really care about our waiting all day. He had only excuses for the technician's reason for not coming to our home. We are very disappointed with the service. They stated that they would come tomorrow at 8 a.m. but we are not confident that someone will show up. We do not recommend this service based on poor customer service and not keeping the customer informed on the status of the appointment. Very Disappointed Customers.
