I was very disappointed in the service from All Plumbing, even though they had been highly recommended by a friend. I wanted to know why I had no water pressure in two bathroom faucets The plumber spent only a couple of minutes determining that he could not remove part of one faucet, then told me he could do nothing more. He did not check any other possibility for the low pressure. He did not volunteer information about what he was doing, did not answer my questions clearly, mumbled when he talked, basically treated me as if I were stupid. I suspect part of his attitude had to do with the fact that I am an older woman alone. I am also hearing impaired, but I am usually able to deal with repairmen -- most of whom are willing to try to accommodate my hearing loss. I won't be using ALL again, nor will I recommend them.
