This was my first time using Dave's Installation. I found them on the internet when I looked up handymen in the area. Dave is a member of the BBB and has never had any customer complaints filed.

There was a leak coming from my roof, so Dave's Installation installed 30 feet of spouting across my roof and some down spouts. The guys that came were pumped, business oriented, and they didn't leave a big mess. They were prompt, their work ethic was good, and they got right to work.

Everything was fine for a couple of weeks after the spouting installation. Unfortunately, our roof started leaking again after a big rain. I wanted to get a second opinion, so I called some other guys to look at it. The problem was there was a metal screen left in the down spout that was getting clogged. The metal screen was meant to sift out debris, and would have been a good thing had we been a ranch house, or not had a tree so close to the house that shed a lot of leaves.

Aside from the oversight, me experience with Dave's installation was great. They explained the process, and it coincided with a lot of the research I did. It was a good experience overall, and I don't have any regrets calling them. I would use them again.
