We have been using Dry Cleaning Home Express for well over a year now and my husband has NEVER had a complaint about his shirts. Previously, he frequently he would send them back to be re-washed and/or pressed. I love the convenience of just setting the bag out and having fresh clean clothes delivered twice a week. Whenever I have communicated (asking to have clothes held until we would be back in town etc.) with Doug via phone or email, he has been prompt in his reply and exact in his execution.
