Accountable, the job was done right in the end.
There was a hiccup in the beginning, and I was very frustrated with my order. I had placed my order 2 months before the installation. When the installation date was chosen, my flooring was not available, and I did not get a notice of that. The salesman gave me a partial refund and the communication with the installer was good, and they were quick, efficient and professional.
