We stopped by several weeks ago and spoke with Rob and he was quite helpful. We went today and Rob was there, but on the phone. He not only remembered us, but also explained to the customer on the phone that he would have to get back to them once he was done with us. He also remembered the flooring we had chosen.
It is very rare these days to have the excellent customer service that Rob provided and will definitely look forward to dealing with him in the future.
