Their attitude and lack of professionalism are the worst. Here are specifics of what happened when they were hired by the owner of the property next to ours to remove large dead branches from trees near our property line. The work was arranged by the neighbor’s property management company.
1. They entered our property without permission, including opening our gate and going in our backyard. There was no prior notification that this work would be done.
2. They appeared to make little effort to control the branches and where they fell.
3. A huge dead branch fell on our property and dented our fence.
4. Workers removed the large branch but otherwise left a mess in our yard.
5. The company proceeded to lie and claim there was no damage to our fence when the tree came down.
