Great experience--there's no other facility like it that I've come across
Been working out with Allen Branch's Fitness One Training Systems for almost 2 years. I've worked with personal trainers and do their men's kickboxing and MMA program. It's been a great experience. It's changed the shape of my body, lost quite a bit of weight, and gained muscle. They're a great outfit.
