I hired them to stretch our carpet and did a pretty good job and did come on scheduled time. However, they are dodging me when I requested an invoice. They said they would turn my invoice into the office then they would email me and it's been over a week. I called them a few days later and the lady never picked up and now the phone call goes straight to voicemail. The address listed for this business is an apartment which I believe is illegal to run a business from a residence.

I'm assuming they are dodging tax by not providing me a receipt. I really need this receipt as we sold our home and need to provide to the new buyer. I have a couple of stars because they did a pretty good job. I will report them to the BBB for not providing an invoice as well as running a business from a residence.

Also I thought they charged a bit high for the amount of work that they did. I would definitely get an estimate and shop around before using them in the future, especially if you need warranty or an invoice.
