We had them clean 3 rooms and the stairs in our house. Their service tech, John, was very professional and informative, taking the time to explain what he was doing during each set of the process. I did not get a pressure sales pitch for additional services once he got in the door, either. The carpets came out looking better than I could have hoped for once the job was done, which didn't take long. The cost estimate was in line, if not better, then bids that I had gotten elsewhere, and they held to that estimate. I can most assuredly recommend their services.
