The roof from Sonoran Peak Construction & Roofing hasn't lived to the point to know whether it will hold up, but it seems to be fine so far. There are exhaust vent pipes--and one vent pipe was defective and fell into the roof, but they couldn't get it because the former owner put a lot of fiberglass there.

As far as their staff, I didn't speak directly to any of the workers. But one came in to test the exhaust and, other than that, the other people I dealt with were Barry and another person. Both of them were great; one actually came back the next day and looked around. They were both courteous, polite, and eager to do the right thing.

The only issue is there is an odor in one of the bathrooms. First of all, I should call the city; second, I don't know if that smell has to do with an exhaust pipe or anything they did--it might just be an obstruction.
