I scheduled Citrus on Friday afternoon to do upholstery, carpet and rug cleaning. The man came in and started pondering over what kind of fabric the upholstery is and that he couldn't clean it without knowing what it is. After about 30 minutes of this and never mentioning cleaning the floors, I told him to forget it that I'd get someone else. So having guests coming on Sunday and everything off the floors in prep for the cleaning, I'm stuck with no cleaning. Not a happy client!!
