Responded within 5 minutes of entering my information on their website about my service request & scheduled to fix my door the very next morning. It was nice to be greeted at the door by someone who introduced himself by name wearing a company logo shirt.
Asa inspected my door and went over in detail the items he felt needed to be corrected. He was honest with those he felt should be dealt with now and those that could wait and the time frame I could expect them to last. Repair cost was in line with what I expected. Replacing the old steel rollers with the new nylon rollers will no longer wake up the neighbors.
Definitely a solid quality company with great representation by their employee Asa.
