I had Texas Quality Pluming replace 50ft of drain on the side of my house. After the initial replacement, they came out and tried to clean out another section of the drain which was not replaced and was being problematic. They spent over three hours trying to get it open but could not. So they honored a previous quote for replacing this other section. Once they replaced this additional section, there was an issue with the slope of a third section. Long story short, they said they would replace this third section without any additional cost. Even though it turned out that the slope was fine and the yard now drains, this is going way above and beyond what any other company would have done. I will not do business with any other company other than TQP. Outstanding company, customer service and overall results. I could not be happier.
