L & L Home Cleaning provides a basic 4-hour home cleaning package for me. I have been using them for probably about four months and they just do basic cleaning. Their customer service is pretty good, except they don't accept credit cards. That's the one thing I would change if I could. I also believe in consistency and I think you should get the same crew each time because you build up a relationship with them. They understand your likes and dislikes. L & L Home Cleaning does their best, but every once in a while I get a new crew. People come and go, so it's understandable. Their prices are a bit on the higher end, but the service is good. It's a nice basic cleaning service that I use and I am satisfied with their service.
