Excellent experience for a large Van
We made a tour (NY / Boston / Montreal / Toronto / Niagara ./ Washington / NY with a Van for 12 people (we are a family with 7 people and a lot of luggage). We had to change the flight (terrorist Attack in Brussels) and Empire Rent a Car took care of that, they sent someone over to Newark at a Saturday. Also for the return Maria was very good taking care of us.
