I had some misfortune on my way from Boston to South Carolina and lost the transmission in my truck while pulling a 6x12 box trailer on I95 South. Not being familiar with the Bronx area or businesses, I tried calling the other vehicle rental agencies for help and was unsuccessful. I called Empire Rent A Car and got a dose of Southern Hospitality! Everyone was super helpful, friendly, accommodating, and fortunately was able to rent a beautiful truck with a tow package which was obviously important because of my trailer. My experience with Empire RAC was nothing short of incredible. Highly recommend.
