This was my first time renting from Empire in Brooklyn. They provided me with great customer service. Beverly was very patient and helpful. The vehicle (12 passenger van) I rented was clean and I really liked the new features. I really appreciated the service I was given. I’m definitely renting from Empire Brooklyn location again.
