This was my second time renting a vehicle this year from Empire Rent A Car. Both times were efficient and I was in and out quickly both times. I learned during the first experience to have my Car Insurance and EZ-pass info handy, making my most recent experience literally in and out of the franchise after signing some paperwork and receiving a walkthrough of the vehicle to check for any damages. The vehicles I have rented this year (Ford Mustang and Toyota Camry) were both as expected (no issues). The service from staff has been professional. No problems recommending. Thank you.
