Service good, carpet not good
After buying all flooring for 40 plus years, from Hillers, I will have to reconsider that in the future. So disappointed, in my carpeting. Have had it installed close to 5 yrs, had Hillers come 2-3 times to restrech it. The last time it was stretched, the man told me it will probably continue to do this, unfortunately, it has continued. I did not pay for the stretching,, because of warranty, but will not pay to have it done again.
Have never had this issue with any of the carpet before & still have some that’s 20 plus years old.
I know the carpet brand they now carry, is not the brand that my other carpets are, so wonder if that’s the problem??
The installers & salesman were very efficient, but the carpeting has lots to be desired, & when you spend that much money, you’d like to have it longer then 5 yrs. And the problem started not long after installation.
