Alaskan Home Services comes twice a year to service my Heating and air conditioner, once in the winter and once in the summer and they do satisfactory work. I would recommend them because they're always friendly, prompt, and professional.
A few years ago we had an issue and it took them two weeks to fix the problem so we weren't very happy about that, but they've been better lately and everything has been good.
