I have had trouble with scheduling with Alaskan Air Conditioning & Heating but that is really the only issue I have with them at all. They generally have a hard time getting out in 24 hours.

I have been with them for about 8 to10 years and the office staff has been great, I have a specific technician I always request, which is Kevin. He has been great and should get all kinds of gold stars, he takes good care of me.
