I phoned and ask for a report on what was done and why. No, response as yet.
AC was not working enough to cool house so called Monday afternoon about 3:00 PM. First available was Tuesday between 11 and 2. My wife was home but I was not - prearranged meeting. I called Alaskan and requested a report on what was done and what was wrong with the system. I was told I would hear from Alaskan today after the receptionist heard from the technician. Have not heard from anyone.
