Our service tech Mark was very polite & helpful. He showed us a piece of equipment that could be put on the unit to help with the dust & particulates getting in the house. My husband & I are discussing it & if we decide to do it , we will call Mark. He is a great young man & a real asset for your company!!!! We hope to have him as our service tech for many years to come!!!!!
