I provided a review by telephone.
I have told the telephone scheduler that a 7 or 8 foot step ladder is needed to access the heater in the attic. The last technician did not have a step ladder and rather than him bring in a 20 ft extension ladder, I let him use my 7 foot step ladder. This note needs to be on my file so a proper ladder is carried by the technician.
