Unfortunately my AC went out; and because it was so hot -it was very uncomfortable in my home. I called Alaskan and they responded immediately. They took the time to listen to my concerns, and sent out a technician the very next day. The Technician William arrived at the time promised; and was very professional! He fixed my problem, and let me know if the company could ever be of assistance to, to be sure to let them know.
