Alaskan Air has very good techs. They are prompt, explain what they are doing, show you how everything works and clean up after the job. They installed my Rheem heat pump/ac in 2010. I signed up for the twice a year service for 10 yrs and it has already paid for itself. Just had my air ducts sealed and will report back when I turn my unit back on to let you know if it affects my electric bill. They are a first class outfit.
