We have had excellent service from Alaskan since we purchased our Trane unit. The bi annual check up is always very professional, and the techs are very friendly. We had our unit stop working, as we have a cat and were worried about him being to hot they came that afternoon, found the problem, changed the part and left. No problems, I recommend Alaskan to all of our friends.
