Darrell did an excellent job in replacing my water heater. He looked at the exising installation and then described in detail the work that should be performed and the reasons for that work. He then gave me an estimate of the costs and possible options. He did the work and allowed me to watch, explaining what he was doing and why.

The end result was a neat clean job and all of the work site was cleaned up. Items he had to remove were placed back where they belonged.
